Case Management

Focusing on the Family Strengths Base Model, parents facing a variety of challenges are introduced to a Case Manager who will help them receive the services they need in order to become happier and healthier families. The services at Healthy Start Family Resource Center are provided by a warm and caring staff committed to improving the lives of families so children can flourish and succeed in school and in life.
